Hi stacey,
Thanks for calling me back on Friday. Lisa gave me your cell phone number and I hate to bother you when you might be out and about. I just wanted to ask if you have any good sequences to help get the sacrum back in balance. Mune got rotated and has been aligned by a chiropractor but my muscles int eh area are still tight and tender. Any ideas would be helpful.
Hope all is well with you and your family.
Thank you, Maura
