Mid Walsh, RYT
Mid is a former endurance athlete who has been practicing yoga as post-workout stretch for 15 years, and doing yoga as his primary form of exercise for the past 8 years. He is co-owner of Dancing Crow Yoga with his wife, Fay. His classes are designed to challenge students physically regardless of their current level of fitness; they are appropriate for novice to intermediate level yoga practitioners. His classes stress strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, and healthy alignment in each posture, all of which benefit other sports and daily health.
Mid has experience and an understanding of hatha, anusara, ashtanga, power, vini and vinyasa yoga, and he is certified by Yogaworks (RYT 200). His daily practice follows the Iyengar tradition, which he studies in Boston with Patricia Walden. He is a published poet who besides yoga enjoys sculling, bicycling and indoor rowing. Mid is a publishing executive. He and Fay live with their magical cat, Carmen on Crow Point in Hingham.










Dear Mid:
I emailed U regarding my personal circumstances and being out of town for several weeks. I had paid, prior to the start of your classes, the $60.00 payment. As I mentioned, I am unable to attend the scheduled classes. Can I have a refund, or apply the money to another either beginning group?
