Ann Dowd,
Ann began practicing yoga about 10 years ago, seeking to quiet her mind and find refuge from the increasingly frenetic pace of life in the financial world. It worked! It worked so well that she wanted to share the miracle with everyone she knew. Yoga, for Ann, has become an all-encompassing practice, a full-life pursuit, and a path to spiritual enrichment that permeates life on the whole. Her personal practice feeds her love of vinyasa, but is also about applying yoga in everyday life to find peace and contentment; she tries to communicate that approach in every class she teaches.
Ann started teaching in 2009, and in 2011 completed advanced training at Yoga of Energy Flow with Daniel Orlansky. She also holds certifications in Meridian Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Sadie Nardini’s Core Vinyasa Yoga. She employs a hands-on teaching style with a strong focus on alignment, body awareness, and breath that is continuously influenced not only by the many knowledgeable teachers with whom she continues to study, but also by the diverse needs of the students she serves. It is truly a life-long journey, this yoga, and she looks forward each day to where the path will lead!

Hi Ann,
I was wondering if there is class at 10:15 on Sunday, Mother’s day?
