Calling all insomniacs and unsettled sleepers! You realize that sleep is the most necessary part of life for optimal health but its just hard for you to get a good night’s rest. In this workshop, Stacey Urdang, Certified Yoga Therapist (CYT) will teach you powerful yogic techniques from the Viniyoga tradition to unwind and relax into a restful sleep. No previous yoga experience necessary. $30, early bird $25 if paid before Oct 9th.
