Yoga for Kids 3-6

Please join us for a youngsters yoga class with Meg Durkin.  Yoga is a great way for kids to get exercise, improve their focus, nurture their soul and have a lot of fun. A typical class usually includes learning some animal yoga poses and becoming aware of our breath. We also sing songs to yoga poses, act out a yoga story and of course have a little rest at the end.
