Self-compassion means bringing awareness to your own fear, anger, sadness and other difficult emotions with gentleness and acceptance. It is a tool you can use to work with self doubt, confusion, grief, illness or everyday stress.
In this workshop you will be able to explore what healing you need for yourself. You will leave with a sense of how to treat yourself with loving- kindness and to hold yourself and your difficulties with tenderness, care and understanding. It is through self compassion that we can learn how to best treat others in our lives with loving – kindness as well.
