Don Wood’s involvement with athletics includes karate, football, basketball, tennis, baseball, hiking, kettlebells, and cross country running. As a trainer for over 30 years, he brings a passion, competence, and a unique sense of program design for each of his clients. He specializes in movement, core, and integration training with a specialization using Kettlebells. Don is certified with ACE (American Council on Exercise) and the Art of Strength Kettlebell organization. He also is the President of Heart Coach For Life which is a firm that coaches men who are in the process of physical, psychological, emotional, relational, career, and spiritual rehabilitation from heart surgery. He lives in Kingston, MA with his wife Carol and their dog Amber.
