It takes courage to move into a place we can’t see!
This workshop will systematically educate you about the key actions of
backbends and progressively prepare you for Urdhva Dhanurasana and dropping back from Tadasana using the principles of Anusara Yoga.
We will also explore the the yogic teachings about the malas (limitations of consciousness) which provide an explanation of how and why we allow ourselves to lose the deep connection with our own heart and the hearts of others.
Using backbends as a point of focus, the class examines how wisdom and courage can help us to feel more connected.
